Whether you’re there for the music, the scenery or the wonderful camaraderie, the Mundi Mundi Bash is an experience to remember.
We’ll depart the Mundi Mundi Plains as early as practical, joining the procession of vehicles heading east.
Back in Broken Hill, we’ll watch the morning light spread across the outback from the Line of Lode Lookout, followed by breakfast at the Broken Earth Café, with its spectacular views over the city.
Our morning continues with a visit to the iconic Palace Hotel, made famous by Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, followed by Pro Hart’s Gallery to discover the work of one of Australia’s best-known outback artists.
We’ll also visit the remarkable Living Desert Sculptures, where monumental artworks stand against the vast landscape.
Leaving Broken Hill, we travel along the Barrier Highway through Wilcannia and continue to Cobar. After a quick stop at the Great Western Hotel, we’ll settle into our accommodation before dinner at the Cobar Bowls & Golf Club.
